Leicester House Gallery is newly opened in Main Street Pembroke - opposite the Tabernacle Chapel - and is run by Rachel Allan, Gemma Colley, Jemma Colley and Judith Colley.
The gallery prides itself in stocking and selling Welsh hand crafted items made predominantly in Pembrokeshire. Items are mainly produced by the partners and local craft makers.
Rachel Alan, AKA Lucy Locket's Silver, produces fine and sterling silver jewellery in a minimalist and contemporary style. Semi precious beads, copper, brass and freshwater pearls are frequently added into her designs using the seashore, hearts and circles as common themes for inspiration.
Gemma Colley produces paintings and drawings in mixed media and also lino prints with designs influenced by the coast. She is also a Landscape Designer.
Jemma Colley of Coastal Vintage Interiors, not to be confused with her sister in law above, undertakes commissions painting furniture and sources unique pieces to upcycle, giving them a new lease of life. She is inspired by everything painty, vintage and coastal.
Judith Colley of Charlie's Elephant produces textile art influenced by the sea, historic buildings and nature. She uses hand and machine embroidery on mixed media backgrounds using hand made silk papers, print and hand dyed fabrics and threads.
Stock is ever changing and is often themed to the season.
Upstairs, Sarah Clarke of Sea Fresh Therapies, has a treatment room for complimentary therapies and sports massage and she is also a ProNails technician. She is also an Infant and Baby Massage Instructor.
